Refunds
At PureOrganixs, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we no longer accept refund requests.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, we offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

If you received the wrong product or the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you. -
Product Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 1-3 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement product free of charge or offer you the option to choose another item from our store. -
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged items or wrong orders).
How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
To request an exchange or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
- Review: Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return/Exchange: Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange the return shipping or confirm your new order details.
Conditions for Exchanges
In order to process exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with no signs of damage or wear.
- Custom-made items (such as personalized products) can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
Please Note:
- We offer refunds only within 7 days of receiving your product. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
- Once the order is shipped, it is non-refundable.
- Exchanges are available for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described on the website.
- Our Refund & Exchange Policy does not apply to clearance, discounted, or sale items.
Processing Time
Exchanges or replacements may take up to 5–10 business days to process once we receive the returned product. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
