- Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan.

Address Accuracy

PureOrganixs is not responsible for delivery delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

In cases of damaged items, we may offer a replacement or an exchange, depending on the situation. For lost items, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Important: Please ensure that you check the packaging and contents of your order upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the box, please take photos and report the issue to us immediately.
